The first time you watch this it will blow you away...there is so much information you can't possibly digest all of it or even try to comprehend it. It is definitely for people who already understand the golf swing but want to get much better.
McLean obviously understands the swing well and knows how to answer the questions you constantly ask yourself about wheather or not you're doing it right. You will be able to go directly to the places on the DVD where you have problems and questions about those problems, identify what you're doing wrong, and fix it.
I find I will re-review this tape any time I have a problem or question about the swing.
